Patrick Boyd-Carpenter is a long established fine art dealer with over 30 years experience, specialising in rare and unusual European handmade objects – Paintings, Drawings, Prints, Sculpture, Ceramics and Works of Art, mainly dating from the 15th to the early 20th Century. He has a particular interest in 18th Century Art and European Sculpture. An emphasis is placed on quality, condition and provenance.

Patrick’s work life began in 1983 at The Church Gallery, Bryanston Street, London W1 where he ran a successful contemporary gallery. He opened the present premises in Davies Street, London W1 in 1986.

Customers include museums, private and corporate collectors and galleries world-wide including the National Portrait Gallery (London), National Galleries of Scotland, Historic Royal Palaces and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Patrick acts as an independent art adviser and has a portfolio of clients who rely on him to hunt out fine pieces to add to their collections of art and sculpture, from modest pieces to those of museum quality. He is a member of The Worshipful Company of Arts Scholars.
