Henry Du Pré Labouchère 1831-1912. Victorian politician, publisher and theatre owner. Now most remembered for the Labouchère Amendment, which for the first time criminalised all male homosexuality in the UK.
Famously Oscar Wilde was convicted under this Act and sentenced to two years hard labour.
