A good pair 17th./18th.Century Italian maiolica Albarelli or apothecary jars of dumbell waisted form, painted with blue foliage and figure St John the baptist within a cartouche, 22cm high. Some age/use related chipping, One damaged and restuck. Probably Venice Ca.1700.
