Valentine Green 1739-1813. Mezzotint Engraving after Maria Cosway 1760-1838. Mrs Cosway published by V and R Green Newman Street Oxford Street London September 1st 1787. Printed on thick laid paper a rich impression and an early state, good old repair to upper left. After a now lost original self portrait by Maria Cosway probably that exhibited at The Royal Academy in 1787. 33 by 46 cms pl. 34.5 by 47.1 cms sheet.
